On Wednesday 13^th we had a club social meeting and modelling sale at South Marston Village hall. We had displays of model projects from Derek with his Chilli Wind build and Tony with his Electric T28 Trojan to which he is adding a sound system and FPV cameras.  We had a model flying simulator in use, a modelling item raffle, a slideshow of our facilities to show prospective members and a good selection of models, tools, and model accessories for sale. We invited other clubs to attend and had some flyers come along to see what we offer. Tea, Coffee and cake were laid on by Lynn which were very well received. A well attended event which everyone enjoyed and the proceeds from some of the items sold by a deceased modeller’s family are going to Harefield Hospital which specialises in heart and lung transplants.
